To kickstart the main project, a basic research and all the informations should be conducted to support design concept, building programme, and design strategies. This portion will be continuously developed and eventually applied and tested in final proposal.

To support design strategies, you will present them with precedent studies that are carefully selected to strengthen your eventual proposal. For this proposal, you are required to choose a number of precedent studies and which element to focus on based on the 4 following themes mentioned above besides building structure and sustainable design approach. It is expected that relevant information such as drawings (General Arrangement + Details), images and details are included in as many details as possible.
