Design a Performing Arts Centre (PAC), which is situated at Site A in Wangsa Maju. Therefore, a careful consideration of all relevant issues and contexts are to guide in design proposal, from the initial conceptualisation of the PAC design and user's experience, up to the construction details and material selection of the architecture and its interior. As the PAC will be located in the sub urban area of Wangsa Maju, certain degrees of contextual consideration and practical approach are pivotal and shall be carefully contemplated. This PAC will enhance the experience of the users by its cutting edge spatial design besides the cutting edge technology. An awareness of the safety issues related to the post-pandemic period design planning possibly an advantage to design.
